Forward is thrilled to welcome two new leaders who deepen its expertise in risk, compliance, and payments strategy: Pranav Naik joins the executive team as Chief Risk, Compliance and Operations Officer, and payments-industry veteran Amy Porter joins the Board of Directors.
Pranav began his career in banking, holding a series of risk and compliance roles at Citibank and Standard Chartered. He then sharpened those skills managing hypergrowth at fintechs including Revolut and MoneyGram. At Forward, Pranav’s charter is to use data, algorithms, and AI to combat fraud while minimizing friction and delay in money movement. His team works with a curated, best-in-class consortium of partners to protect Forward’s vertical SaaS and AI platform partners from payments fraud.

Amy founded AffiniPay, the company behind LawPay and CPACharge and a dominant force in payments for the legal and professional-services segments. She was named EY Entrepreneur of The Year in Financial Technology for Central Texas in 2016.
